Lolit Solis took to Instagram and expressed her thoughts about Ruffa Gutierrez, especially the ones concerning her house helpers, who filed a case against her.

"In fairness sa pamilya Gutierrez Salve nakita natin na maalaga sila sa mga kasama nila sa bahay. Kaya nabigla din ako ng mabalita iyon kaso ni Ruffa Gutierrez sa mga kasama niya sa bahay."

She then underscored that maids at home must be treated properly, and in fact, Manay said that the treatment of the Gutierrezes towards their maids can be determined by the number of helpers who have been with them for a very long time.

" Kung matagal mo nang kilala mga Gutierrez alam mo na may mga kasama sila na nanduon na mula pa sa umpisa. Iyon longtime maid nila at alalay nakasama pa hanggang US ng mga ito."

She then noted that the reaction on Ruffa might be an overreaction.

"Baka naman over reaction lang ang nangyari ngayon sa kaso ni Ruffa."

News of Ruffa allegedly losing in the case against the two house helpers whom she was reported to have not paid salaries hugged the headlines recently. According to Inquirer's report, the actress will be paying damages to the two helpers. The two house helpers filed a case against the actress with the National Labor Relations Commission and a decision was made in September 2022. Ogie, in his latest episode of "Showbiz Update" mentioned that the two house helpers won and that the actress will be paying them damages.

In a previous and separate post, the actress shared what her mother Annabelle Rama used to do to her suitors. She said, her mommy even got to the point where she called the mother of the man who was courting her to stop her son from wooing her. She said that her mother sometimes blocked her lover at the gate and sends him home.
