Cristy Fermin recently addressed Liza Soberano's apology to Ogie Diaz, ABS-CBN, and Star Magic in her exclusive interview with Boy Abunda.

Previously, the 25-year-old actress made headlines after asking for forgiveness from her former talent manager and management.

Following this news, KAMI learned that Cristy reacted to Liza's apology, saying regret always comes last.

"Nagbago na po ang tono ng dila ni Liza Soberano. Nanghihingi na po siya ng sorry at nagpapasalamat ngayon sa kanyang dating manager na si Ogie Diaz, sa ABS-CBN, at sa Star Magic, at sa lahat po ng kanyang mga nakasama sa kanyang journey sa pagtatrabaho bilang artista. Yan na nga ba ang sinasabi ko diba? Lagi na lang ganun, nasa huli ang pagsisisi. Kasi ang pinakamahirap na kalaban po natin, sa anumang giyera at digmaan, konsensya," she said.

Cristy continued by revealing that she was able to talk to Ogie Diaz recently and that the latter only wants what's best for Liza.

"Kanina ay ka-text ko si Ogie Diaz, ang sabi niya, 'Lagi ko pa rin siyang ipinagdarasal, Ate Cris. Gusto ko na lang isipin na siguro nga, may ibang plano para sa kanya ang mga bagong nag-aalaga sa kanya ngayon.' Yun na lang ang pinakamaganda, sabi ko kay Ogie, 'Forgive but remember names. Dapat alam mo yan para hindi na maulit pa,'" she recounted.
