Vice Ganda, in Bandera's report, stated that he considers himself as "non-binary."
The comedian mentioned this in a previous episode in Showtime, as per the report.
Vice stated that he does not get offended whether he is called as a "maám" or "sir."
He also said that he does not really mind or is not that particular when it comes to the pronoun to be used for him when writing articles about him.

"Ako, kahit ano. Kapag tinawag mo akong ‘ma’am,’ hindi ako mao-offend. Kapag tinawag mo akong ‘sir,’ hindi rin ako mao-offend. Hindi ko niri-recognize ang sarili ko… either. Non-binary ang gender ko," he said.
He shared that he always gets asked by writers about how he should be referred to and he is always consistent about it, saying that he or she will work for him.
"Ako, personally, sasabihin ko, I don’t really mind. Kung ano pong gusto niyo. Hindi ako mao-offend kung gamitan niyo ako ng ‘he’ or ‘she,’" Vice stated.
He clarified though that there may be others who are very particular when it comes to the pronoun that they want to be used when referring to them.
Vice has always been very frank and would have no qualms telling people what he feels, just like when he told Jhong in Showtime, "pangit mong ka-bonding," ABS-CBN reported.
In another episode of Showtime, Vice also made Regine Velasquez and Chie Filomeno cry because of his family story, Abante reported.
