Herlene Budol took to Facebook and wrote a short but sweet message for Celeste Cortesi.

It was after the latter failed to enter the top 16 in Miss Universe 2022.

Herlene told Celeste that she is still beautiful.

"Celeste maganda ka pa din. We love you. Ako nga na budol e," she wrote.

Furthermore, a netizen reacted to Herlene's post saying, "Siguro kung ikaw nag join sa MU kahit panu nakasali ka sa top 5."

Herlene hilariously replied saying that it was unlikely to happen.

Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
