Dennis Padilla, nakipagtalo sa employee ng restaurant dahil sa kanilang P38K bill

Dennis Padilla recently got the opportunity to shed more light about his experience at a local restaurant located in Seaside.

Previously, the actor-comedian made headlines when he posted a video of himself calling out the said restaurant over their Php 38,000 bill.

Following this news, KAMI learned that Ogie Diaz then called Dennis about the matter where he then shared what happened when he confronted an employee.

"Nagkamali pa nga ako sa 450 na mango shake, ang 450 yung pineapple shake. Ang mango shake, chinarge yung balikbayan friend ko ng 650," he began.

Following this statement, Dennis then shared what he thinks is the 'operation' that's going on inside the local restaurant.

"Ako ang nakipagtalo. Ngayon, ganito ang style nila diyan. May haharap sa inyong 3 baklang maharot, itong 3 baklang maharot, nakakatuwa sila kasi nagpe-perform sila parang stand up comedian habang kinukuha yun order mo," he said before continuing, "So tatawa ka, matutuwa ka. Nung nagreklamo na ako at bumaba na yung balikbayan friend ko ng mga bago mag-3. Nung nagrereklamo na ako, 'Sobra naman kayo. Hinoldap niyo yung kaibigan ko.' Sabi ko, 'Ito lang kami, 6 na adult at 1 bata.' Ano yan? 5,000 isa pare?"

Halfway through the call, Dennis revealed that the restaurant also refused to itemize what was listed in the receipt.

"Nakipagtalo ako, ayaw i-itemize, inaano lang, sinasabi lang. 'Hindi, ganito po boss. Idol ko pa naman po kayo,'" he said.

He was born on February 9, 1962, to the late actor-comedian Prudencio Baldivia and Catalina Baldivia. He is the father of popular actress Julia Barretto.

It is worth noting that Maja and Dennis have worked together in a sitcom under TV5. The said sitcom is "Oh My Korona" where Maja plays the role of a manager.

Meanwhile, Dennis Padilla, as per Ogie Diaz, did not receive any money from the comedian. Previously, Dennis was interviewed by Ogie online. According to Ogie, while he did offer money to the actor, the latter kept on refusing it. The talent manager then said, "Yung paghahabol kay Julia, jusko, si Dennis ang nag-provide nung si Marjorie at si Dennis pa, dun sa mga anak."
