A scene featuring actress Andrea Torres on the Alden Richards Kapuso teleserye “Victor Magtanggol” has become controversial on social media.

KAMI learned that the scene featured Andrea’s character wearing a garter mask.

However, there were more netizens who explained that Andrea’s character was wearing a garter mask since the character picked it up at a cosplay in order to hide her face.

"Hello po. FYI lang po ha. Kaya garter yang maskara ni sif ( Andrea Torres ) kasi nga napulot lang po niya yan sa isang Cosplay event. Dahil nalaglag lang din ng isng cosplayer. Ginamit niya yan dahil sakto my mga kalabn at need niya mag mask para d makilala,” a netizen explained.
