Julius Babao, in one of his latest online posts, showed to netizens the text he received from Andrew Schimmer one week before his wife's death.

On his Facebook page, KAMI learned that Andrew had actually contacted Julius to ask if he and his wife, Christine Babao were available to stand as witnesses.

As seen in the screenshot provided by Julius, Andrew sought the permission of the couple to stand as witnesses for what seems to be their wedding.

Included in the said text of Andrew is a photo of their wedding rings as he stated that he will no longer wait for the right time to come.

"Kuya Julius, ok lang po ba kunin ko po kayong witness and ninong at ninang ni Ate Tin? I will not wait for the right time to come... it is always the right time to express love anyways," he wrote in his text message.

Meanwhile, in Julius's online post, he expressed his sincere condolences to Andrew and their family over Jho Rovero's passing.

"Kami po ay nakikiramay kay Andrew Schimmer at sa kanyang mga anak at sa pamilya Rovero sa pagpanaw ni Jorhomy. Grabe ang mga pagsubok na pinagdaanan ni Andrew para masigurong mabubuhay ang kanyang asawa subalit ipinagkait pa din ito sa kanya kung kailan papalapit na ang Pasko. Hindi ko kayang ipaliwanag ang sakit na kanyang nararamdaman. Ang alam ko lang si Andrew ay isang mabuting halimbawa ng asawa, isang matapang na nilalang na hindi susuko sa ano mang pagsubok sa buhay," he began.

He then expressed his utmost sadness over the situation that Andrew and Jho faced in his viral online post.

"Noong isang linggo kinausap ako ni Andrew para tumayong ninong at ninang kami ni @christinebbabao sa kasal nila ni Jorhomy. Ako ay nalulungkot dahil hindi na ito nangyari. Gayunman, tinatanggap pa din naming maging ninong ng kanilang abot langit na pag-iibigan hindi man ito nauwi sa simbahan. Ang mahalaga sa mata ng Diyos at ng tao, wagas ang pagmamahalan nilang dalawa. Isang kwento ng pag-ibig na pag-uusapan sa mga daraan pang mga panahon," he wrote.

As previously reported by KAMI, Julius Babao took to social media to express his frustration over the food they received from a pizza chain. In a 2-minute video clip posted on Facebook, the radio commenter claimed that the pizza has plastic below the cheese. According to Julius, "May plastic, tapos yung dough nasa ilalim, sa ibabaw, pinatong nila yung cheese dun sa plastic."

Meanwhile, Julius Babao and Christine Babao underwent colonoscopy and endoscopy tests. Both of them were diagnosed with GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease). Furthermore, Christine shared that three polyps were found in her body and four in Julius’s. Fortunately, their doctors told them that the polyps are not cancerous.
