Lolit Solis could not help but express her thoughts on how sad the realization is if one gets disappointed on a certain thing or person.

She explained an instance when one gets to really see or hear in action the kind of "plastikan" of a friend.

"Alam mo ba Salve na napaka sad ng realization pag nag karuon ka ng disappointment sa isang bagay o tao ? Iyon talagang nakita at narinig mo in action ang matagal mo ng alam na ka plastikan ng isang kaibigan mo."

She then said that as the old adage goes, "It's your loss not mine."

The veteran columnist said that up to the last minute, one would still want to save the friendship, however, the person seems to be consumed by envy.

"Up to the last minute kasi, gusto mo parin sana na ma save ang pinagsamahan nyo, pero talagang kinain ng inggit ang puso ng tao na sana ay friend mo parin itinuturing. So sad for them, dahil nabawasan na naman sila ng kaibigan."

Lolit is an entertainment reporter, talent manager, and host in the Philippines. She is well-known for her frank commentaries on different showbiz, social and political issues in the country.

She recently received a "love envelope" from Mommy Pinty Gonzaga. On her Instagram page, the veteran columnist thanked Mommy Pinty for her kindness. According to Lolit, she was touched upon finding out that Mommy Pinty was reading her columns. She then said, "Lahat ng pang-unawa gagawin ko sa mga anak mo dahil napakabait mo Mommy Pinty."

The veteran columnist also took to IG and expressed her thoughts on envy, saying that it can kill. According to the veteran columnist, it is the ugliest behavior of all. She also noted that this is the primary reason why people do not improve their lives. The veteran columnist noted that if there is one thing that she is really proud of, it is not feeling envy towards others.
