Carla Abellana took to IG Stories and expressed her frustration over the high cost of fuel prices.
She took a photo of the total cost that she would be paying, where it already reached more than P5,000, and yet, according to the caption of Carla, it is not yet a full tank.
In the photo, one could see that the cost was at P5,936.83 and the volume was 76.162 liters.

Aside from being socially mindful of the happenings in society, Carla is also an advocate for animal welfare.

The actress found it embarrassing, yet at the same time funny, hence, she shared it with her audience for some good laugh. Along with her post, she also appealed to her Alma Mater not to take away her degree and Latin honor.
She is also calling for the cessation of horse-fighting that is being held in some areas of the country. The actress said that she could not find any reason to continue the said custom where one of the fighting horses could die. She also said that those who organize such events should know it is illegal and they cannot use “tradition” or “entertainment” as an excuse. Carla then declared she stands with the fight of the Animal Kingdom Foundation against horse fighting and other forms of animal brawling.
