Dennis Padilla, nanawagan kay Karen Davila maging patas umano: “Pls be fair to all…”

Dennis Padilla, through an Instagram post, is asking vlogger and award-winning journalist Karen Davila to be fair to all.

The comedian said that Karen also needs to interview him as well after the journo conducted the same with Dennis’ daughter, Julia Barretto.

“@iamkarendavila... Pls be fair to all... You need to interview me,” the caption on Dennis’ post read.

It can be recalled that Karen recently interviewed the ‘Expensive Candy’ actress where the latter unleashed some explosive details about her father.

In that particular interview, Julia also told Karen that she’s not yet ready to forgive her father and then proceeded to state her reasons why.

“I just need more love from him. More love, more protection. I just feel like he should be my number one protector and that’s not really what I’m getting right now from him. So it does hurt because dapat siya yung tinatakbuhan ko, di ba? But it is sad that I can’t. So I pray for it,” Julia had said during that interview.

For Dennis, however, he said that some of Julia’s statements are not wholly accurate.

In his post appealing to Karen to also interview him, Dennis said there were many flaws as regards to Julia’s knowledge about him.

“Maraming mali sa alam ni julia... Waiting sa reply mo ty,” Dennis wrote.

Karen has since commented on Dennis’ post, saying that she already sent him a private message.

Julia Barretto is a well-known actress, endorser, and vlogger from the Philippines. She is the daughter of former couple Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla. She is now dating actor Gerald Anderson and was formerly in a relationship with actor Joshua Garcia. Last year, the young actress launched her own brand, which is The Juju Club.

Recently, Dennis took to Instagram and called out his daughter on the latter's statement given during Karen Davila's interview. He said, "Sobra kayo.." and pointed out what she has been saying during the interview. In a lengthy post, he also said that Julia only knows half the truth and even asked his daughter what kind of revenge they want to do. The father also said that he asked for all his lapses and even apologized to Gerald.

The statement of Dennis came on the heels of Karen's interview with Julia, where the actress made some statements about her father. During the interview, Julia openly admitted that she has a lot of fears about talking to her father again. At one point, Julia said that she needs "more love" and "more protection" from her dad.
