Lolit Solis, in one of her most recent posts on Instagram, expressed her worry about what might happen to her dogs in case she does pass on from this world.

This appeared to be the gist of her post where she talked about the dogs owned by leaders like England’s late monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.

“Ang 5 paborito niyang Corgi dogs ay aalagaan ni Prince Andrew, kasi sure ako na sad din ang mga dogs na naiwan ni Queen Elizabeth,” Manay Lolit wrote in her post.
“Gaya ng 2 dogs na naiwan nuon ni P'noy o Noynoy Aquino, iyon din ang agad pumasok sa isip ko, who will take care of the dogs. Dahil parang mga tao din iyan na naulila, nawalan ng nagmamahal sa kanila,” she added.

The veteran showbiz columnist then admitted feeling guilty whenever she thinks about who will take care of her dogs when she’s gone.

“Kung minsan nga I feel guilty dahil everytime, ang naiisip ko sino mag aalaga sa mga dogs ko pag nawala ako, hindi ko iniisip sino at paano na mga anak ko,” the veteran showbiz columnist said.

She said that as for her kids, they could very well take care of themselves but her dogs wouldn’t know where to go.

“Dahil siguro alam ko na puwede na nila alagaan sarili nila, pero iyon mga dogs ko hindi alam saan pupunta,” the veteran columnist further wrote.

Manay Lolit then advised pet owners to treat their pets like members of their family and to think about what could happen to them if their masters are gone.

Lolit Solis is a Pinay talk show host, entertainment news writer, talent manager and showbiz columnist. She was born on May 20, 1947 in the city of Manila. The veteran showbiz columnist, in a more recent Instagram post, also came to the defense of Dra. Vicki Belo. She expressed sadness at the ongoing bashing of the popular cosmetic surgeon and at the same time, said that it is unfair for Dra. Vicki to be at the receiving end of bashing by some netizens just because of the things she does on TikTok that make her happy. Manay Lolit said that Dra. Vicki is one of the kindest and most generous people she has ever known, and very competent and reliable when it comes to her profession. She then asked everyone to just respect whatever makes Dra. Vicki happy since she’s always there to lend a helping hand whenever someone needs her help.
