Cristy Fermin, nag-react sa pagpirma ni Toni Gonzaga sa AMBS: "Hindi bago ito"

Cristy Fermin, in the latest episode of 'Cristy Ferminute' online, talked about Toni Gonzaga and her contract signing with AMBS-2 or ALLTV which is set to launch on September 13.

During her discussion with Romel Chika, her co-host on the show, KAMI learned that Cristy mentioned Toni's contract with the network.

At the beginning of their discussion, the veteran columnist said that Toni's contract with AMBS-2 is all over the papers already.

According to Cristy, reports about Toni's contract being worth P500m allegedly have become a huge topic.

"Alam mo na, it's all over the papers, na ang kontrata raw na pinirmahan ni Toni Gonzaga sa AMBS-2, sa AllTV, ay half bilyon pesos o 500 million. Pang ilang programa kaya ito? Alam ko dalawa eh, baka madadagdagan," she said.

However, Cristy said that this is not a new feat since Sharon Cuneta once signed a record-breaking P1b contract with TV5 back in the day.

"Teka muna, hindi bago ito. Kung matatandaan mo, ilang taon na ang nakararaan nang pumirma ng kontrata si Sharon Cuneta sa TV5, 1 billion yun. 1 billion pesos ang halaga nun, kaya yun ang talagang umalingawngaw," she pointed out.

At one point, the veteran columnist even reiterated, "Hindi na bago itong half b na ito, nauna si Sharon Cuneta dito."
