Rita ‘Badjao Girl’ Gaviola, naiyak dahil sa bashings na natanggap nang ianunsyong ina na siya: “sobrang sakit”

Rita ‘Badjao Girl’ Gaviola could not help but get emotional while giving her thoughts on the bashings she received when she announced that she is now a mother.

During her guesting on Eat Bulaga’s “Bawal Judgmental” segment, host Maja Salvador asked Rita how the latter handles her bashers.

“About sa bashers, siyempre nu'ng una parang nahirapan ako kasi ang dami nilang sinasabi na about sa'kin,” the first-time mom revealed.

Rita likewise shared some of the harsh comments she read about her.

“Madami silang sinasabi about 'bobo,' ganyan, 'sinayang mo 'yung career mo'... 'inuna mo pa 'yung kalandian.' Siyempre para sa part ko sobrang sakit kasi hindi nila alam 'yung dinadanas ko. Parang ang dali sa kanila manghusga ng tao na hindi nila kilala.”

Furthermore, the celebrity mom urged her detractors to refrain from bashing her daughter.

“Masakit kasi dumadating 'yung time na maisisip mo na sana 'wag maranasan ng anak ko 'yung nararanasan ko ngayon kasi sobrang hirap. Sabi ko, ako na lang, wag na lang 'yung anak ko. Kahit i-bash niyo na ako nang i-bash, okay lang, tatanggapin ko. 'Yung baby ko, 'wag na lang kasi 'yung baby ko walang kasalanan.”

Rita 'Badjao Girl' Gaviola took to social media and revealed that she is now a mom. She also uploaded some photos where she is with her newborn baby and her partner. The 'Pinoy Big Brother' ex-housemate expressed her love for her family. Her post has gone viral and received sweet messages from netizens.

Some bashers, however, wrote unsolicited comments on her posts which prompted Rita to reply. In one of her replies, the first-time mom said she is proud of herself for not resorting to abortion “para lang sa career”.
