Wilbert Tolentino has recently taken to social media to pen a heartfelt post for Herlene Nicole “Hipon Girl” Budol following her commendable performance in the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 pageant.

He likewise lauded Herlene for what she has achieved despite being a newbie and having a short preparation.

“Di ba nakaka proud yung achievement narating mo despite newbie at first timer ka nasabak sa National Pageant. tignan mo naman yung 3 mons preparasyon natin, you prove urself na kaya mo makipag sabayan sa mga veterans at repeater candidate hampas palang ng balakang mo sa swimsuit mo ay Wow na Wow!”

“Gusto ko mag thank you sa mga tao at naging parte ni Herlene Budol sa Binibining Pilipinas Journey nya,” the talent manager continued.

She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over two million subscribers. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.
