Following this news, KAMI learned that Maggie gave a new update on her Instagram account, claiming that the electricity in their home had already been cut off.

Netizens were then further stunned after photos of what seemed to be a certification surfaced all over social media amid Maggie's controversial posts and claims.

In One PH's official Facebook page, photos of the official receipt, certification, and information regarding the case filed against Maggie and Tim were posted.

Base on the photos posted online, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the case seemed to have been filed back in June 30, 2022, which is weeks prior Maggie's current issue with her home.

Moreover, people also took notice of the recommended amount of bail which is Php 36,000 as per the photos posted online.
