The actress revealed that she did not expect to fall in love with Ricci because she did not like basketball players before.

According to Andrea, she was hesitant to get into a relationship with basketball players due to their reputation of being womanizers.

However, the actress later realized that Ricci does not fit the playboy stereotype. They also shared an interest in astrology which helped them develop a bond with each other.

"Hindi po ako mahilig sa basketball player... Sabi kasi nila, manloloko. 'Yung mga ganyan. Kaya sabi ko, hindi na. Ayaw ko na nga ng another heartbreak.

"Nung nakita kong nagpo-post siya sa IG [noon], magka-follow kami doon. Tungkol sa astrology, eh mahilig [din] ako doon. Sabi ko, 'Uy mahilig ka pala diyan.' Tapos sabi niya, 'Yeah.' Tapos hindi na ako nag-reply, nakalimutan ko,” Andrea shared.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who started out her career as a child star and rose to fame. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of 'Marga' in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.”
