Ivana Alawi revealed in an interview with ABS-CBN that her co-stars in her latest teleserye "A Family Affair" are all very "maalaga."

However, one of the notable ones, who really stood out was Gerald Anderson.
The actress recalled a conversation she had with the actor where the former is about to do a scene barefoot.
According to Ivana, when Gerald knew that she was about to do the scene, he swept the area again even though Ivana told him that the staff already did.

"Kasi may scene na tumatakbo akong nakapaa tapos siya mismo yung nagwawalis. Sabi ni Gerald sa akin, ‘Ha tatakbo ka wala kang tsinelas?’ Pero sabi ko nalinis na nila so okay lang yan. Sabi niya, ‘Hindi, hindi akin na yung walis. Walisin ko ulit.’ Baka kasi may bubog or something kahit nalinis na siya ng production. Nagwawalis siya. Sabi ko sobrang bait naman,” narrated Ivana.
Ivana is the leading lady in the teleserye. Aside from Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby and Jake Ejercito are also among the lead characters in the teleserye.
In Philstar, Sam opened up about having intimate scenes with Ivana in the teleserye but noted that his girlfriend, Cat, is very understanding and is not the jealous type.
