Cristy Fermin had a discussion about Kris Aquino anew in the latest episode of her online talk show “Showbiz Now Na!” published on Saturday.

During the said discussion, Nay Cristy said that even Filipino medical workers in Texas are clueless about the hospital where Kris Aquino is currently confined.
“Meron akong kaibigan na nasa Dallas, three hours away from Houston. Siya ay isang head nurse, pero wala siyang clue kung nasaang ospital si Kris Aquino ngayon.”
The veteran showbiz columnist then aired, “Kasi doon pala ay hindi pupwede na i-divulge ng ospital kung sino-sinong pasyente ang naka-confine.”

“Hindi rin pupwedeng sabihin kung ano 'yung diagnosis, 'yung treatment, 'yung mga sinasailaliman na mga procedures kasi bawal 'yun sa kanila dahil sa kanilang tinatawag na (Hospital Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).”
The veteran showbiz columnist’s co-host Morly Alinio then asked, "For short, ano 'yon, Ate Cristy?"
“Walang kalayaan ang kahit sino na maglantad o maglabas ng balitang anuman tungkol sa isang pasyente, unless, protektado ang ospital kung ang mismong pasyente ay nagbigay ng written consent sa ospital na pwedeng sabihin ang kanyang sitwasyon,” Cristy answered.
"So, Ate Cristy, 'yung kay Kris Aquino, siya mismo ay ayaw talaga niyang ipaalam?" Morly also queried.
To which Cristy replied, “Maaaring ganu'n, kasi daw ang daming reporters na nagtatanong do'n."
“May mga nagpadala na raw ng mga reporters ng iba't ibang network, talagang ginagalugad nila 'yung mga ospital kung nasaan si Kris Aquino, negative.”
