Rabiya Mateo and Jeric Gonzales’ romantic relationship was among topics discussed in the latest episode of Cristy Fermin’s radio program, Cristy Ferminute.

During the discussion, Cristy claimed that the former Miss Universe Philippines titleholder and the actor have already broken up.
“Wala na, bumaklas na pala talaga si Rabiya Mateo. Bumaklas na sa relasyon.”
The veteran showbiz columnist’s co-host, Romel Chika, then reacted, "So final na ito, Nay. Baka naman bukas may post na naman silang magkasama ha.”
To which Cristy replied, “'Yun nga e, kasi urong-sulong 'to e, laban-bawi ito.”
“Sasabihin si Rabiya wala na, pero balikan na naman pala. Kami po ay hindi naghahangad ng pagkasira ng relasyon. Pero ang punto namin, walang magiging matinong relasyon itong si Jeric Gonzales kung hindi niya ipagtatapat ang kwento tungkol sa kanyang ginagawa.”

John Eric Salvanera Gonzales, or Jeric Gonzales, is a Filipino actor and model under GMA-7. He is also known as one of the winners of the reality show, Protégé, during its second season. The actor further made headlines when he and Rabiya Mateo confirmed their relationship back in March of 2022.
Cristy Fermin, in the previous episode of "Showbiz Now Na," claimed that Jeric Gonzales had a relationship with a rich businessman. During the discussion, Cristy also gave Jeric some pieces of advice.

All photos of Jeric and Rabiya together also vanished on the beauty queen’s social media page, including one that declared she has gone “official” with the actor.
