Kris Bernal, who is on a vacation with her husband Perry Choi, is currently going through a stressful ordeal due to plenty of sand bug bites or “niknik” bites on her skin.

The 33-year-old actress shared this in a series of posts on her Instagram stories.
“Sand bugs were obsessed with my blood."
“This stresses me out as someone who is very maarte with her skin,” she posted.
Kris also initiated a Q&A session with her followers and asked them how to treat the bites.
"How do you treat nik nik/sand bug bites quickly?" she queried.
“I can't sleep because these red bumps are making me anxious,” she furthermore shared.
Hours later, Kris showed how worse her present situation is because of the red bumps across her body.
“When I say it's worse, it's worse. Just being REAL here. It's just normal to be bitten by bugs, right! I'm still a human being. This situation is causing me great deal of anxiety. I can't go out, can’t work, can't workout. It's like I'm sick.”
On a lighter note, Kris posted, “the funny part is.. my friends and followers have suggested that I vlog about my niknik journey! Lol.”
