Gloc-9 has come out to declare his support for the candidacy of VP Leni Robredo in her quest to become the next president of the Philippines.

In VP Leni’s recently released political ad, the famous rapper was among the celebrities who declared their support for VP Leni.
“Handa na ang Pilipinas para sa kulay rosas na bukas,” Gloc-9 said in the video.

All of those who appeared in the video, including the famous rapper, were then shown in small thumbnails declaring the battle cry of the governmental goal of VP Leni.
“Ang gobyernong tapat para sa lahat,” celebrities and ordinary folks said in unison.
Some netizens were surprised by the appearance of Gloc-9 in the new political ad.
Perhaps their surprise stemmed from the fact that the famous rapper had not given any indication in the past as to who he would be supporting for president in this year’s elections.
Gloc-9 is known for churning out hit songs that usually touch on relevant social issues.

Si Gloc-9 ang nagpasikat ng mga kantang “Sirena” kung saan nakasama niya ang isa ring OPM artist na si Ebe Dancel, “Hari Ng Tondo,” at “Simpleng Tao.”
Last year, Gloc-9 shared his graduation photo taken 11 years before. He said he graduated from a nursing course but he still chose to rap. Nevertheless, he admitted he won't be rapping forever and if given the chance to work in the field of nursing, he would be very grateful.
In March of this year, he also shared a pic where he is with celebrity siblings, Maxene and Elmo Magalona. According to the famous rapper, he was happy to see the children of his late friend and idol, Francis Magalona. He was also amazed that he got to see them again on Kiko's 13th death anniversary. Furthermore, on a separate IG post, Gloc also paid tribute to the Master Rapper.
