Andrea Brillantes stood firm on her decision to support VP Leni Robredo in her quest to become the next occupant of Malacañang Palace.

In a TikTok video, which was shared by ABS-CBN reporter Miguel Dimaual on his Twitter account, the actress narrated the incident involving a fan who wanted to have a selfie with her.
She said that at the outset, she didn’t like having a selfie with the fan because he insisted on having their photo taken without a mask and an outfit that contradicts the brand she’s endorsing.
“To be honest, yes, actually medyo bad trip ako niyan,” Andrea said in the video.

The actress said that as if that was not enough, the fan also asked her to flash the “two joints” sign in their selfie.
The “two joints” sign is associated with Manila Mayor Isko Domagoso, one of the rivals of VP Leni in her presidential run.
“Ta’s ito na talaga — kaya mukha akong bad trip diyan kasi bad trip nga talaga ako. Si kuya na kanina pa nangungulit sa mask, biglang sabi, ‘dali, picture tayo, Two joints, two joints!’ ‘Sabi ko, Hindi! Leni ako!’” Andrea said.
She then said she walked out of that photo op and asked everyone in general if what she did was wrong.
“Walk out ako. Masama ba, ha?” Andrea said.
The TikTok video has already raked in around 7.5 million views with 712K reacts and more than 6K comments.
Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who started out her career as a child star and rose to fame. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of 'Marga' in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.”
In one of her Instagram posts, the actress could not help but be stunned when she compared the reach of her UAAP post versus her post about Mother Earth. She then expressed her disappointment after seeing the huge disparity and gap between the two. According to Andrea, it is not fair that people only have an "ambag" when it comes to “chika.”
In another post, which came after her viral live video showing her talking about her breakup with Seth Fedelin, Andrea shared that she prayed first before making a decision. The actress said she prayed that people would see she has no bad intention with her coming out with the truth.
