According to Lolit, Gloria is blessed to have reached the age of 90. Lolit also recalled that Gloria was very kind to her and even helped her when she was just starting out as a showbiz reporter.
She also praised Gloria’s children, including actor Mat Ranillo, for being good people.
“Ang laking bonus mo na sa buhay pag umabot ka sa edad na 90 Salve. Kaya nga ng malaman ko na 90 years old na si Gloria Sevilla nang bawian ng buhay sa USA nasabi ko na ang suwerte niya na narating niya ang ganung edad.

“Siguro nga iba ang lifestyle nuon araw kaya sinasabi nila na mas mahaba ang life line ng mga isinilang ng panahon nila Gloria Sevilla. Isang mahusay na artista, mabait na tao si Gloria kaya naging close sa halos lahat sa showbiz.
“Mababait din ang mga anak niya na sila Mat Ranillo at iba pa. Reyna ng Visayan movies si Gloria na talagang pinasigla ang showbiz sa Visaya dahil nag produce siya ng maraming pelikula nuon. Nakikiramay kami sa pamilya ni Gloria Sevilla na naging mabait sa amin nuon nag uumpisa pa lang kami sa showbiz. Sleep well, mommy Glo, till we meet again,” Lolit said.
