On his Facebook account on April 1, the businessman and influencer penned a post where he mentioned Ella Cruz.
“Ella Cruz minahal kita ng sobra-sobra noon hehe Happy April Fool's Day,” Xian posted.

According to a 2017 article by Pep.ph, Ella reacted to the photos that Xian posted showing himself and Ella on his social media accounts, with captions hinting at his romantic feelings for the actress. “Hindi po. Hindi rin po [siya] nanligaw,” Ella said.
As per an article by PhilStar.com, the caption of Xian’s now-deleted Instagram photo with Ella read, “All I want is to see you happy and successful in life, even that happiness no longer includes me.”
In an article by ABS-CBN News, Ella also addressed speculations surrounding her and Xian during her guesting on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" in 2017.
"Naging mabuti po kaming magkaibigan. Hanggang magkaibigan lang po kami. Pero dahil nga po may business involved at hindi ko rin naman ganoon pa kakilala iyong tao, mali po pala na magtiwala kayo agad," Ella said in the interview.
Xian Gaza is a social media influencer and entrepreneur. He is well-known for his lavish date proposals to celebrities. Xian trended online after asking BlackPink’s Jennie out for a date using billboards in the Philippines and Korea.
Xian recently made the rounds on social media after he posted a screenshot of his message to Joshua Garcia. Xian sent a direct message to the actor’s Instagram account after the latter’s viral pictures with Ateneo Women’s basketball team guard, Trina Guytingco, went viral. In his DM, Xian penned about the female basketball player's resemblance to him.
Earlier, Xian took to social media to pen a post about the upcoming national elections. The businessman and influencer addressed his lengthy Facebook post to the poor. Xian expressed that the less fortunate Filipinos are the ones who should take the May 9 polls seriously. He also stressed that the fortunate ones are actually not dependent on the government.
