Lolit Solis recently penned a lengthy post showing her reaction to Kris Aquino’s now-viral comments on social media.

In her comments, Kris asked her fans to use yellow hearts or hearts with yellow ribbon emojis instead of red ones.

Manay Lolit then said she pities the Queen of All Media after the latter became the subject of criticism because of her cryptic remarks.

“Naawa naman ako sa bashing na tinanggap ng request ni Kris Aquino na gawin kulay dilaw ang puso ng pagbati sa kanya instead of red. Wala naman sigurong malisya iyon, pero dahil red ang color ng Bongbong Marcos camp duon naglagay ng malisya,” the entertainment columnist said.

This reminded Manay Lolit of the “big news” regarding Kris and Bongbong.

“Bumalik tuloy sa isip ko iyon araw kung saan aksidente nagkita sa isang TV station sila Kris Aquino at Bongbong Marcos na kababalik lang ng pamilya mula abroad. Buhay pa si Tita Cory Aquino nuon pero nagawa kong pagbatiin sila Bongbong at Kris ng magkita sa TV station. Big news iyon nuon dahil nga first time nangyari, shock pa nga si Tita Cory ng lumabas sa news, hah hah hah.”

Lolit then stressed, “Kaya siguro naman walang ibig sabihin iyon request ni Kris, baka lang talagang color yellow o pink ang gusto niya para maiba lang.”

Furthermore, Lolit asked Kris’ detractors to pray for the actress’ health instead of bashing her.

“Sobra ng stress at payat ni Kris kaya huwag na natin dagdagan pa ng bashing. Pray na lang natin na maging happy siya dahil in fairness, naughty lang siya pero walang mean bone. Isa nga siya sa pinaka soft hearted person na kilala ko, kaya no more bashing for her, spare her. Just pray for her."
