Rica Peralejo shared her overwhelming experience at Vice President Leni Robredo’s grand rally in Iloilo last night.

One of the highlights of the night for her was Eraserheads frontman Ely Buendia’s performance at the said rally.
According to Rica, she almost lost her voice after she and the crowd sang loudly along with Ely.
The actress was also able to relate to the lyrics of the Eraserheads' song “Pare Ko” due to what’s happening in politics these days.

“I’d like to think the universe rewarded me tonight. Sabi ko magsisilbi lang naman ako in my small little way tonight para kay Ma’am, at ano nakuha ko in return?
“Ely Buendia concert at Maya ma katabi ko lang sila habang tumutugtog. HAHAHA. Pagpasensyahan nyo na ko pero I just really enjoyed myself tonight.
“Aside from firsthand seeing the support of Iloilo for Tropang Angat, hearing the team speak, and seeing that iconic entrance ni Ma’am, aba talaga naman nagfeeling bata ako kanina, yung before asawa days ko na makatalon talon sa gigs at kanta na sure ka paos ka bukas. Ganun ako kanina.
“Tsaka sakit ng katawan ko. Para ko nagworkout. Punong puno ang puso ko bilang Pilipino. Pati yung t*ngin* sa PARE KO — I felt that. Na oo nga no, this is what we feel about so much kalokohan and the crowd was able express it together kanina, SALAMAT ELY. Nagmukha kasi talaga tayong tanga lahat!!!
“Anyway, sorry for this blabbing away ayoko lang malimutan this day. Plus the fact na when Ma’am announced her candidacy I jumped to ALAPAAP wishing na gusto nga ni Ely someday sumama. The feeling is parang nung nalaman kong ikakasal nga talaga na si SYJ and Hyun Bin. Wow. Pano tayo umabot dun. Pero kasi ito nga nagkatotoo tonight. So here’s to wishes coming true gayz.

Rica Peralejo is an actress who used to be a cast member of “Ang TV.” The former actress is now married to a Christian pastor named Joseph Bonifacio. They have two children – Philip Nathaniel and Manu.
The celebrity mom has turned her back on showbiz and is now living a simple life with her pastor husband. Rica appreciates the quiet and peaceful life, based on her social media posts.
