The famous beauty queen posted a photo of it, which included Opyum Pumps from Saint Laurent and a Dior handbag.
It is noticeable that Pia mentioned Heart Evangelista in her post, revealing that she was inspired by her, hence why she purchased them.
"@iamhearte made me do it. Hahaha Nakikiuso lang," she wrote.
