Kaye Abad, 39, is finally getting back to working out and being fit and healthy after giving birth to her second son back in September 2021.
On Sunday, January 30, KAMI learned that the actress posted a photo of herself standing beside their workout gears.
According to Kaye, getting back into shape after a pregnancy can be tough and that it takes "time and dedication."
