Ellen Adarna had jokingly lamented in one of her recent posts on Instagram that she received the opposite from what was initially expected when the actress asked for the right man for her.

She tied the knot with actor Derek Ramsay last November 11 in Rancho Bernardo in Bagac, Bataan.
In a video post on her IG Stories, the actress revealed she had been asking “the universe” for a 40-year-old and above man who is single, good-looking, stable, and funny.
Ellen also revealed she had assumed that men within that age range are already mature.

“I asked the universe specifically for a 40(above single good looking, stable, fun man) assuming 40's up are mature,” the actress captioned her post.
She then jokingly lamented that what she got instead was allegedly an immature man who’s within that age range.
“I got a 40GOR immature,” Ellen said.
The actress then wrote, tagging Vito Selma, that when asking for something, one should be “super specific.”
“@vitoselma be super specific and detailed,” she wrote in the caption.
In the video, Ellen can be seen quietly sitting beside the Koi pond while Derek’s voice can be heard in the background telling her not to move.
“Love, don't move, I'm gonna be nice. Don't move. Don't move,” Derek said, which appeared to have scared the wits out of Ellen.
Apparently, Derek was playing a prank on Ellen, like what he has been doing for so many times even before they were married.

Ellen Meriam Go Adarna, or simply Ellen Adarna as she is known in the showbiz industry, is a Pinay actress and model. She was born on April 2, 1988 to businessman Allan Modesto Adarna and Meriam Go. Her family is among the most prominent and affluent clans in Cebu City, being the owners of a chain of hotels, condominium buildings, resorts, and motels located not only in Cebu province but also in Davao and Manila. In an interview with Pat-P Daza of PhilStar, Remedios revealed that Ellen is the answer to her prayers for Derek. She has been praying for a long time for Derek to find his soul mate. According to Remedios, her son looks happier than ever with Ellen by his side.
While there were those who were glad the two got married, there were also some bashers. Recently, Derek Ramsay took to Instagram and once more defended his wife from a basher. The basher stated that the skin of Ellen was not really nice and even got to "thank" Derek for the shot. Ellen's knight in shining armor immediately defended her and called the basher as "Michael Jackson" without elaborating why. It can be recalled that Derek Ramsay posted a close-up shot of Ellen while sleeping, which zoomed in on the face of the actress.
