In the October 18, 2021 episode of “Cristy Ferminute”, she said she received some text messages anew from her trusted source about Direk Bobet’s alleged treatment towards “It’s Showtime” hosts.
“Ito po, itinataya ko po ang pangalan ko dito. Kasi sa akin po nag-text 'yung mga taong dati niyang kasama. At ito po ay paninindigan ng mga dati niyang kasamahan at paninindigan ko rin po ang sinulat ko ngayon sa PSN (Pilipino Star Ngayon).”
She then went on to share one of the text message she said she received.

“Merong text sa akin na ganito ang sinasabi, 'Nay, sinungaling si Bobet. Lagi niyang sinasabi, 'Ang bobo ni Vhong Navarro'. Si Vice naman, 'Basura talaga ang ugali ng bakla'. Naririnig 'yun ng mga cameramen sa headset. 'Wag siyang magsinungaling'.”
“'Yung mga sinasabi niya, siyempre nadidinig ng mga cameramen at saka nung floor direktor. Hindi lang siya nakakadinig nu'n," said Cristy
“Hindi siya pupwedeng magsinungaling kasi 'yung mga sinasabi niya habang nasa booth siya, nadidinig. Naka-headset ang mga floor director at cameramen.”
Nanay Cristy furthermore shared how Direk Bobet allegedly condemned the show’s dancers. Her source said that the director called the dancers, “Ang bobobo talaga ang mga babaeng 'to. Magaling lang magsayaw”.

Bobet Vidanes, better known as Direk Bobet, is a famous director in the Philippines known for his shows under ABS-CBN, "Pilipinas, Game KNB?", and "It's Showtime". In 2020, however, the director stunned Kapamilya fans when he left ABS-CBN and his noontime show for good.
Previously, Cristy Fermin said that her trusted source told her about the "It’s Showtime" hosts’ reaction to Direk Bobet’s emotional speech. As per her source, “pinagtatawanan talaga ng mga host ng ‘Showtime’ 'yung drama-dramahan nitong si Direk Bobet sa entablado na tinawag nilang 'crocodile tears'”
Ogie Diaz also took to his latest vlog to react to Direk Bobet Vidanes’ recent controversial statement. In Ogie’s vlog, Mama Loi brought up about rumors that Kim Chiu became an official host of the noontime show without Direk Bobet’s knowledge.
