Jacob Aaron Polintan, the Mr. Philippines 2026 Bulacan Province and Culture and Arts Ambassador, has died at the age of 24.

The news was announced on the official Facebook page of Mr. Philippines on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. The organization extended its condolences to Jacob’s family, relatives, friends, fans, supporters, and loved ones as it mourned his passing.

The organization described Jacob as a beloved son, friend, and cherished member of the community, remembering the kindness and love he shared with those who knew him.

“We mourn the heartbreaking loss of a beloved son, friend, and cherished member of the community. Jacob may have left this world too soon, but the memories, kindness, and love he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

Mr. Philippines also honored Jacob for his role as its 2026 Bulacan Province and Culture and Arts Ambassador.

Meanwhile, the Ginoo at Binibining Paombong also confirmed Jacob’s passing and the reported cause of death in a Facebook post. According to the organization, Jacob died due to a motorcycle accident.

The organization shared the announcement on behalf of The Tapayan Club and the Ginoo at Binibining Paombong Organization, while extending its condolences to Jacob’s bereaved family and loved ones.

“Ngayong umaga, isang nakakalungkot na balita ang bumalot sa ating lahat. Pumanaw na si Jacob Aaron Polintan dahil sa isang motorcycle accident.
