The former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate celebrated her special day by sharing a carousel of stunning portraits on social media. Alongside the photos, Kira opened up about how her perspective on life has changed as she continues to grow and discover more about herself.
Reflecting on reaching 26, Kira acknowledged that growing older has not necessarily meant having all the answers. Instead, she has learned to become more comfortable with uncertainty and the idea that life does not always have to be figured out all at once.
“26 years of life and countless versions of me. I have to admit, I have fewer answers now than when I first started, but I’m learning that it’s okay not to have it all figured out.”

The actress then looked back on a time when she felt the need to shape herself according to how she believed other people wanted to see her. She admitted that her desire to inspire others and be admired sometimes came at the expense of being fully authentic to herself.
“I used to want to be an inspiration to others. I’d shape myself into who I thought people would admire, hoping they’d look up to me. Looking back, I realize I was trading my authenticity for validation.”
As she reflected on her journey, Kira emphasized the personal changes she has experienced through the years. She shared that she has become more confident, grown out of her shell, and realized that being genuine is more meaningful than trying to meet someone else’s definition of perfection.
“But I’ve changed. I’ve grown. I’ve come out of my shell. I’ve learned that being myself will always be more meaningful than trying to be someone’s idea of perfect.”
Kira also expressed gratitude toward the people who allowed her the freedom and space to grow into the person she is today. Her message highlighted how her journey has been shaped not only by her own experiences but also by the people who supported her along the way.
“And I’m incredibly grateful for the people who gave me the space to grow into the person I am today.”
Ending her birthday reflection, Kira looked at her past selves with appreciation while also expressing excitement for the versions of herself she has yet to discover. Rather than focusing solely on who she has become, she celebrated the continuous process of growing and learning.
