Former EB Babe Lian Paz took to social media to express her pride and admiration for her husband, John Cabahug, after he achieved a major milestone in his academic journey.

In a heartfelt post, Lian celebrated John’s graduation and reflected on the struggles, doubts, and challenges he had overcome before earning his degree. Along with photos from the graduation ceremony, Lian shared an inspiring message about faith, perseverance, and God’s timing.
Addressing her husband affectionately as “My Leonhardt,” Lian praised him for continuing to pursue his goals despite setbacks and insecurities.
“My Leonhardt, at 38, God proved that setbacks were never the end of your story, they were setups for something greater,” she wrote.

Lian revealed that throughout the years, she witnessed the internal battles her husband quietly carried.
“I’ve seen the insecurities you quietly carried, the doubts you tried to hide, and the moments you questioned your worth and capability,” she shared.
According to Lian, she also saw how God gradually answered the prayers she had been offering on her husband’s behalf.
“But I also saw how God slowly answered every prayer I whispered for you,” she added.
The former actress reflected on how many of the disappointments and closed doors in John’s life eventually became stepping stones toward a brighter future.
“What looked like rejection was often His protection. What looked like loss was His redirection. What felt like waiting was God preparing you for the life He promised,” she wrote.
Lian further expressed her belief that some hardships were necessary for her husband’s personal growth and spiritual development.
“Some things had to fall apart so God could build something stronger within you. Some doors had to close because they were too small for where He is taking you next,” she said.
For Lian, the graduation represented much more than receiving a diploma. She described it as a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness and a fulfillment of long-awaited prayers.
