“Taon-taon na lang, dinaraanan ng napakaraming bagyo ang bansa,” Robi wrote, emphasizing how the Philippines faces destructive storms almost every year.

He then pointed out the financial burden carried by citizens, saying, “Sa panahon ngayon, halos lahat ng galaw mo, may bayad na may kaakibat na tax.” His statement highlights the public’s concern that despite paying taxes and fees, little improvement is seen in the country’s infrastructure and disaster response systems.
