Ruffa Gutierrez is a Filipina actress, model, TV host, and beauty queen. She is the eldest and only daughter of Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. In 1993, she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas and became the Second Runner-Up at Miss World held in South Africa.
