Xian Gaza took to social media to share his thoughts on why some workers in the Philippines are sad to get back to work after their holiday vacation.

The businessman said that some of those people feel that way because their wages are too low for their lives to improve.

In contrary, Xian feels excited about going back to work because he supposedly makes millions in doing so.

This post came after vlogger Donnalyn Bartolome went viral for posting about her confusion on why some workers are sad about their jobs.

“Malapit na ko mag-back to work and I'm so excited about it because for me, working means making millions of pesos every month while travelling around the world. Literally! But the scenario for most of the Filipino people are different. Mahirap maging masaya para sa trabaho mo kung ilang taon ka ng nagsusumikap at nagpapakamatay para dito pero wala pa ring nangyayaring pagbabago sa buhay mo.

“Sa araw-araw na ginawa ng Diyos eh wala ka ng ibang ginawa kun'di magtrabaho nang magtrabaho pero nananatili ka pa ring mahirap makalipas ang maraming taon. Unending cycle. Nakakawalang-gana mabuhay. Hindi mo na alam kung para saan ka pa babangon. Walang katapusang anxiety,” Xian wrote.
