Mariane Osabel gets honest about her reasons for not competing for TNT Final Resbak
- The Tawag ng Tanghalan had been tainted with controversy recently because of one of the contestant's score

Mariane Osabel received tremendous support from the netizens. This was after she received a 16.5% score from the judges. Netizens demanded an explanation from the hurados because most of them believe that she deserved a higher score.
After the Ultimate Resbak week, Vice Ganda announced that they will give another chance for one deserving TNT contestant this week. However, netizens were puzzled why Mariane was not among the contestants who are set to compete for the Final Resbak.
Mariane posted an explanation of why she chose not to compete anymore.
She wrote, "Hello beautiful people! Sorry at hindi po muna ako magpapatuloy sa 3rd week ng resbakan. Rest po muna tayo. I miss home and school already. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng inyong suporta. Hindi po ito pagsuko, kundi preparation for a new set of challenges ahead. But don't worry kasi makikita niyo pa rin ako through here and my YouTube Channel soon! Cheers!"
Netizens expressed their support to Mariane despite her decision. Some wished her well and agreed that she already proved how talented she is.

Tawag ng Tanghalan Season 3 is an amateur singing competition currently aired as a segment of the noontime show It's Showtime that premiered on June 25, 2018. Due to the popularity of the Instant and Ultimate Resbak Rounds, the show added another phase, dubbed as The Final Resbak. This will open one more slots for the Grand Finals.
