Lolo Leonardo, an 80-year-old husband in Calauag, Quezon, has become a viral sensation after being featured on the GMA-7 program “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho.”

KAMI learned that he was featured for loving and caring for his 77-year-old wife Delia who is suffering from dementia.

Despite his advanced age, the loving husband is still working in a tailor shop to provide for his wife, who also has a heart illness.

He earns around P100 to P200 a day from sewing.

Whatever difficulties they might face, Leonardo promised to Delia that he will be with her until the very end:

“Sinumpaan ko sa Panginoong Diyos 'yan eh, sinumpaan namin 'yan na kahit kami'y tumanda eh magsasama kami…

"Habang tayo'y nabubuhay, habang tayo'y ganito, mahal talaga kita. Hindi kita pababayaan.”
