- Bloggers AC Bonifacio, Riva Quenery, and Awra Briguela drew flak from netizens after allegedly making fun of BLACKPINK member Jennie's breathing problem

- BLACKPINK held their meet and greet with Pinoy BLINKS in Manila last night
Netizens expressed their anger towards AC Bonifacio, Riva Quenery, and Awra Briguela after they allegedly made fun of BLACKPINK member, Jennie.
KAMI learned from Fashion Pulis that the group of bloggers went live on Instagram where they answered questions from BLINKS regarding the meet and greet of the South Korean group in Manila.
At one point in the live video, a BLACKPINK fan asked about the event. Awra then attempted to speak in English and said that the meet and greet was "sick."
Suddenly, Riva Quenery joined in on the conversation and said "sick like Jennie" while the others in their group laughed.
BLINKS found what they said to be offensive which is why the three of them became a trending topic on Twitter.
The three bloggers then tried to apologize for what happened until Awra commented that people are being sensitive about what they said.
This angered the netizens some more, especially towards the child star.
Pinoy BLINKS posted about the incident on Twitter and said that AC, Riva, and Awra are just jumping on the bandwagon and are not really BLACKPINK fans.
In a previous report by KAMI, BLACKPINK arrived in Manila for their meet and greet with their Pinoy fans.
YG Entertainment first announced that Jennie will be making her first solo debut on October 2018. Blackpink was first introduced to the public in 2016 and performed numerous hit songs such as “BOOMBAYAH” and “DDU-DU DDU-DU.”
