Derek Ramsay confirmed that he and his girlfriend, Joanne Villablanca have already split up.
KAMI learned from entertainment website PEP that the actor had a short but direct to the point response regarding the issue.

According to the website's interview with Derek via Instagram direct message, the actor said "Yes, we have broken up."
However, he chose not to disclose the reason for their break up but shared that it's the right thing to do.
He added: "I'd like to keep that between the both of us. It's all for the best."
The split came as a surprise since Derek admitted last April that he plans on marrying his girlfriend.
In an interview, the actor was asked if he had any plans to propose to Joanne anytime soon.
He responded by saying that he is just thinking up of the right way to propose. Derek shared:
It’s difficult, kasi gusto ko, maiba, e. Lahat pinu-post na sa social media. Baka sabihing gaya-gaya ka. Gusto ko yung walang plano, alam niyo naman, may ganyan ako.
Meanwhile, Derek was last seen at the Queen's Party with Andre Torres who is his co-star on GMA’s ‘The Better Woman.’
