In the actress' latest Instagram, she revealed the struggles she had with losing weight and that she finally had the courage to write about it.
She posted a photo of a page of the magazine where she shared her story and captioned it saying:
Overcoming my body struggles means addressing that which is at the very core of it, my mind.
Iza posted the link to the article where she started off by saying:
I know this is what I should believe in every single day but the truth is, I still struggle to love and accept my body and myself wholeheartedly.
