- "I'm credible to be there," said the singer
With fame, comes the existence of bashers and also supporters; and Moira dela Torre is one of those who is currently tasting the results of fame.
KAMI learned that the singer has experienced some serious bashing and there were those who also questioned her itnegrity as a judge.
They said that she's not worthy to become an Idol judge where she sits together with Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, James Reid and Vice Ganda.
In an ABS-CBN report, Moira defended herself and said that she is credible to be there.
"There are people who don’t like me but I know there are people who still love me so as long as I know people who love me know, I’m credible to be there," said the singer/songwriter.
She then added that people are entitled to their own opinion and at the end of the day, it was her listeners who made it possible.
“There are people who don’t like me but I know there are people who still love me so as long as I know people who love me know, I’m credible to be there... You know, they are always entitled to their own opinion. At the end of the day, it was my listeners who placed me in this kind of position," said Moira.
This isn't the first time that Moira had to defend herself from bashers. A previous KAMI report showed how the singer/songwriter had to tweet about her pabebe songs.
Moira dela Torre is also known as Moira Rachelle Bustamante Cruzado Dela Torre. She is a Filipina singer-songwriter. Her hit songs include "Malaya" and "Titibo-tibo."
