Not only are they talented, but they're also very smart. These celebrities prove that they can be good in school and at the same time, be a talented actor or actress.
Despite their busy schedules from their tapings, these 16 celebrities did not let this get in the way of graduating from their chosen course. Take a look at who they are below:
1. Yasmien Kurdi
Yasmien Kurdi recently graduated from her school, Arellano University. She graduated magna_cum_laude in her choice course, Political Science.
2. Benjamin Alvez
This handsome star graduated as summa_cum_laude at the University of Guam in his course, English literature.
3. Carla Abellana
Aside from graduating as cum_laude in her Psychology course at De La Salle University, Carla Abellana is also a consistent Dean's Lister at her school.
4. Renz Valerio
This young Kapuso actor finished his Business Administration course as a magna_cum_laude at Our Lady of Fatima University. He also received the Best in Marketing Research and Academic Excellence Awards when he finished his studies.
5. Giselle Sanchez
This comedienne finished as magna_cum_laude at the University of the Philippines in her Broadcast Communications course.
6. Shamcey Supsup - Lee
One of the smartest beauty queens, Shamcey graduated as magna_cum_laude in her Architecture course at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She was also topped the board exams during the Philippine Licensure Exam in 2010.
7. Paula Peralejo
This former actress graduated as magna_cum_laude in her course, Philosophy with a minor in Tourism at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
8. Myrtle Sarrosa
The lovely cosplayer finished her studies at the University of the Philippines Diliman as cum_laude.
9. Venus Raj
Another beauty queen who obtained a cum_laude in her course. Venus graduated with flying colors in her Communication Arts course at the Bicol University. She then took her Master's degree at the University of the Philippines Diliman and graduated in 2017.
10. Melanie Marquez
In 2006, former Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez finished her course in Business Administration at the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME) as a cum_laude.
11. Anna Theresa Licaros
The former Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2007 finished as summa_cum_laude at UP Diliman in her course, Broadcast Communication. She was also hailed as the salutatorian in 2009 at the UP College of Law.
12. Chris Tiu
He isn't just talented in playing basketball. The Ateneo heartthrob graduated as cum_laude of his batch.
13. Agot Isidro
The Kapamilya star graduated as magna_cum_laude of her class at the New York Fashion Institute of Technology with the course Fashion Buying and Merchandising.
14. Nanette Medved
The former "Darna" graduated as summa_cum_laude at Babson College in Boston where she studied Finance and Entrepreneurship.
15. Chin-chin Gutierrez
Chin-chin Gutierrez studied in Miriam College where she took up Mass Communication and graduated as cum_laude of her class.
16. Bernadette Allyson
Bernadette took up the course BS Psychology at De La Salle University where she graduated cum_laude.
