Video of woman doing CPR on Boracay tourist because there was allegedly no lifeguard goes viral
- A Boracay tourist has just shared a video of a paddleboarder who almost died
- She lamented that there was no lifeguard nearby and they were just lucky that someone in the area knew how to do CPR
- They eventually saw a lifeguard post, but it was 500 meters away from the place of incident

A Boracay tourist couldn't help but share how a paddleboarder almost died at the island, had it not been for the help of someone who knew CPR.
KAMI learned that the guy was paddleboarding with friends and were initially laughing, all having a great time.
Thereafter, a scream broke out because one of their friends drowned.
According to The Philippines News page, the guy jumped off his board, but his head was struck by the board, rendering him unconscious.
They were able to bring him to the shore but were frustrated because allegedly, there was no lifeguard nearby.
Good thing was that someone at the beach knew CPR and acted on the victim immediately.

He was resuscitated but the tourist made an earnest appeal to the officials of Boracay to install lifeguards so as to ensure that in the event similar incidents will happen, there would be someone who can readily give a hand.
