Darren Espanto finally breaks his silence on JK Labajo’s cursing controversy

Kapamilya singer Darren Espanto finally expressed his opinion with regards to the cursing controversy that JK Labajo is facing.

KAMI learned that the latter cursed and even showed his middle finger to an audience who shouted “I love you, Darren” in the middle of his performance.

It can be noted that the two young musicians got involved in an online banter after JK allegedly called the “The Voice Kids” first runner-up as “gay.”

Darren initially stated that he is not in the right position to speak up about the issue of his fellow Kapamilya singer.

However, when pressed about how he would react in case he experiences similar incident, he stated that the show must continue and he will just consider it as a funny moment.

“Para po sa akin, I’d say I’m not the right person na sumagot po dito right now,” the singer quipped.

“For me, the show just goes on and it’s just something na, para po sa akin, it’s just funny, kasi nag-effort pa silang pumunta sa show mo para lang gawin yun sa ‘yo,” he added.

Darren also revealed that if someone would shout “I love you, JK” while he is performing, he would just throw an “I love you too!” in response.
