Many celebrities are able to stay in the entertainment industry for the rest of their lives. However, many of them decided to leave showbiz behind and get regular jobs.

1. Jao Mapa

The former actor used to be the love team partner of actress Abbie Biduya. Having finished Fine Arts at the University of Sto. Tomas, he is now an art teacher in Makati City.

2. RJ Padilla

RJ, a half-brother of Daniel Padilla, used to be a cast member of “Bubble Gang.” He is now raising his family in Australia and has earned a license to operate forklift machine.

3. Beth Tamayo

Beth disappeared from showbiz after enjoying success as an actress in the ‘90s. According to GMA Entertainment, she is now an office admin staff and used to be a babysitter for a Colombian family in the US.

4. Kim Delos Santos

The former teen star used to be the love team partner of actor Dino Guevarra. She is now in the US working as a dialysis nurse.

5. January Isaac

The woman in the popular Surf commercials is now in the US with her foreigner husband and their two children. She worked as a Front End Lead at an outdoor equipment store called Cabella’s.

6. BB Gandanghari

According to his brother Robin Padilla, BB works as an Uber driver in the US while pursuing a career as an actor in Hollywood. BB used to be known as the heartthrob actor named Rustom Padilla.
