Ruschell Yamaguchi, a NAIA passenger, alleges she has experienced an anomaly in the baggage handling of NAIA officers and staff assigned therein. She lamented on Facebook about her anger over the issue and uploaded photo and video evidence as well.

KAMI learned about her situation when she uploaded pics and her complaints on her Facebook wall. The said post immediately went viral that similarly earned netizens' ire over the matter.

The supposedly bygone issue of unwarranted luggage handling and encounters may not have really ended due to allegedly separate circumstances of passengers claiming to have been victimized in notorious Philippine national airports.

Yamaguchi said she was one of them, as she was interviewed by The Filipino Times.

In the video attached to her post, she could be heard complaining about her ruined luggage and their discouragingly opened characteristics.

"Nakalock sir, eto lang bukas, taas? Kahit may nawala o hindi dyan hindi dapat ganyan ‘yan."

Of the last two of her luggage, the pink one's zipper was undone, while the navy blue one has a huge vertical crack that runs all the way down.

"Ano kasalanan ng baggage na damaged siya?" She furiously asked. The officer replies, "Iimbestigahan po naming kung ano pong nangyari."

Ruschell also added that although one of her luggage was opened, important belongings like money was not stolen or lost.

Though, she argued that it is the management's duty to ensure that passengers' belongings are being handled with care, whether or not belongings are lost.

"May nawala man or wala, di ka matutuwa na ganyan ang bagahe mong lalabas, dalawa wasak!"
