A student in San Jose Elementary School at Rodriguez, Rizal, named Akeelah Julia Dela Cruz, is currently making the rounds on social media when her teacher Ma'am Edz shared on her Facebook the former's spoken poetry.

Her spoken poetry's title is "OFW" short for Overseas Filipino Workers.

According to Definitely Filipino, Akeelah's father is also an OFW, who's been away with his family for 2 years.

The sincerity of her words will move anyone to tears.
