Mrs. Nancy dela Rosa is the woman behind the country's highest police officer - Gen. Bato dela Rosa.
She exemplifies the old saying, which states that there's a woman behind every successful man.
The couple have been married for 29 years and have been blessed with three lovely children, all of whom have already graduated from college.
Now, KAMI has seen in an Inquirer report how Mrs. dela Rosa described her husband.
In the interview with Mrs. dela Rosa, she answered questions about their relationship, politics, family life, and of course, "other women."
According to Nancy, during the time, she was still very beautiful and that some of her friends have already married off, so she decided to marry Bato.
As to who the jealous type was, Nancy said that it's her husband.
When asked what kept their marriage successful and happy, she said, "He just happens to be my soul mate. There’s no secret. Soul mate ko talaga siya. We’re in the same wave length, tapos kahit iniisip ko pa lang, ginawa na niya."
As to whether she has a gun and if she's good at using it, the general's wife said that she has lots of guns under her name and she's good at using it. She even said that she can hit a 1x1 picture.
Mrs. dela Rosa also stated that she may not be the regular wife who does the chores but she's very hands on when it comes to her children.
When asked about letting Bato run for senator, Nancy said that she doesn't like it and that she would prefer he retires so that both of them can relax.
Perhaps the most precious question that Nancy dela Rosa answered was this: "Was your husband ever associated with another woman?"
To this, Mrs. dela Rosa replied, "My husband is a policeman, he is not Pope Francis."
It can be recalled that Gen. dela Rosa admitted having a crush on Angel Locsin.
General Bato dela Rosa is the Philippine National Police Director.
He married wife Nancy Comandante in 1989 and they now have three adult children.
Bato is a member of Philippine Military Academy's class of 1986.
