Most Caucasians who live in the Philippines are wealthy and successful. However, a German citizen was found in Cebu scavenging trash to earn money for food.

KAMI learned about his heartbreaking story from the Facebook page called All About the Philippines.
According to the netizen who shared the photos, Kristoff is a 49-year-old German citizen who went to Cebu to meet with his online Filipina girlfriend.

However, the Pinay allegedly left him after he spent all of his money.
He has since then been living in the Philippines for the past eight years in a state of poverty, collecting trash that he could sell so that he could buy food.

According to the netizen, Kristoff resides in Brgy. Zone Sili, Paknaan, Mandaue City.
“Siya si KRISTOFF isang German citezen.Palaboy laboy sa lugar ng MANDAUE CITY namumulot ng mga pwedeng ibebenta sa mga timbangan para pangkain.
“Base sa nakakilala sa kanya pumunta sya sa Pinas para makasama ang isang pinay na nakilala online pero ng unti-unti ng maubos ang pera neto ay bigla nalang syang hiniwalayan ng pilipinang kasintahan.S
“Sobrang kawawa po ang lagay wlang matinong damit at naghuhukay ng mga basura para magkapera,binibigyan lang sya ng pagkain ng mga kapitbahay at nakatira sa harap ng kapilya...share ng makarating sa embassy ng Germany para matulungang makabalik sa kanyang bansa ang foreigner na eto!”
